Terms & Conditions of the giveaway

Your wedding date and venue/location must be booked in or in the process of being secured

All weddings must be taking place in 2025 or 2026

Entrants must NOT already have a photographer or videographer already booked for their wedding

Entries will only be accepted by the couple getting married and only one entry form will be accepted per wedding

If we are not available for your wedding date we aim to notify you before the competition closes but can’t guarantee this due to a potentially high number of entries

You agree to be contacted by email, text message, or phone call in regards to this competition

All travel expenses within 100 miles of TQ12 will be covered. weddings beyond this in the UK may incur travel fees. Destination weddings are allowed but travel/accommodation fees will be an additional cost

The competition is open to new couples AND couples who have already booked with us. If a current couple should win, your booking fee is still non-refundable

Unlimited coverage means a mutually agreed time to cover morning preparations and until a mutually agreed time in the evening, so that all major events of the wedding are covered, for example, prep until the first dance or the first set of your wedding band. It’s typically up to 10-12 hours and depends on your wedding

The winners agree to have their images used for marketing purposes

Shares, tags & comments on social media must be done publicly in order for them to be successfully tracked and associated with your entry

The prize cannot be exchanged for money/ other prizes and packages
